What is the return policy?

- Returns are accepted only if the product arrives damaged, cracked or broken.
- Please inspect your item immediately upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photo-evidence of the damage.
- Once verified, you may choose either a replacement or a full refund to your original payment method.
- Return shipping will be covered by us when damage is confirmed.
Please note: no returns will be accepted for items received in perfect condition.
